“Christmas Eve has arrived and we will be happy if you spend it with our carol. The guys from O5 a Radeček have prepared a traditional Czech Christmas song for you. They invited the Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra Olomouc, singer Natália Tichánková of the Moravian Theater Olomouc and soloists Radim Sršeň and Honza Jílek to cooperate,” said director and producer Daniel Kašpar from the Ta-musica studio.

“We invite you to two magical places in the Olomouc Region – Helfštýn State Castle and Šerák in the Jesenice Mountains. We will be very happy if the carol makes you happy and becomes a part of your Christmas,” added Kašpar.

The music group O5 a Radeček, which a few days ago won the Český slavík poll in the Song of the Year category with the song Mountains, recorded a similar Christmas clip for the fourth time. In the past years, she released new versions of the carols Silent Night, Christ the Lord was born and I will go to Bethlehem together. The videos were then made in Praděd, Dlouhé strány or perhaps at Bouzov Castle.

“This award belongs 100% to our fans. Nightingale is not our merit, nor do we have it thanks to some jury or academy. The song Hory was sent thousands of votes by our fans and it was only thanks to them that she won in a huge competition of great songs. We appreciate it and will never take your favor for granted,” said Tomáš.

As a thank you, the band is now releasing a newly produced version of the award-winning song Hora. The well-known slogan “Sorry I like mountains!” can be sung in a new arrangement and mix.

“With a song about mountains, we wanted to please everyone who has an overview, likes to look at things from above and is not afraid to step into it sometimes. We address everyone who goes to the mountains in winter or summer, for hikes, hikes, on foot and by bike or simply for whatever they like. We ourselves have a very intimate relationship with the mountains, after all, we all come from Jeseníky,” recalled the singer.

In addition to winning the Český slavík survey, the song Hory is also celebrating success on the radio, where it has been one of the most played singles for several months. The song is accompanied by the entire Mountains project, which includes the Czech Everest challenge, special merch for the mountains or the upcoming tour, which starts on December 9 at the ski area in Karlov pod Pradědem. The most successful Czech climber Radek Jaroš became the patron of the Hory project.

“We prepared the tour for our new project HORY, which we recently presented to the fans. All concert venues are in some way connected with mountains, either by location or at least they have them in the name,” explains band frontman Tomáš Polák with a smile.

The single HORY is very popular both on the radio and among fans. They came up with an original dance for the song, which is danced not only at concerts, but also spreads successfully on the Internet. In addition, the anthem of the mountaineers recently received a clip in which the unsuccessful Czech mountaineer Radek Jaroš starred, who is also the patron of the entire project.

“With the activities for the song HORY, we want to make everyone happy who has an outlook and is not afraid to step into it sometimes. We want to please everyone who likes mountains, whether in winter, in summer, for hiking, hiking, cycling, simply in any weather and occasion. We ourselves have a very intimate relationship with the mountains, because we all come from Jeseníky. I’m really looking forward to the tour. Our friend and excellent musician Voxel will be traveling with us as a guest. It will be quite a ride,” added Tomáš Polák.

The band O5 and Radeček wants to involve fans and mountain lovers in the project all year long. He has prepared for them various competitions, joint hikes, challenges on social networks and many other activities, including special merch with goodies for the mountains.

“Together with Radek Jaroš, we have prepared the Czech Everest challenge, which will motivate to climb Czech peaks, to move and share experiences,” the singer reminded, while the reward should be a joint ascent to the mountains with “Radeček” Jaroš and Radečka.

In 2019, he completed ascents to the highest peaks of all continents. “Together with Radek, we have prepared the Czech Everest challenge, which will motivate to conquer Czech peaks, to move and share experiences,” Polák revealed, while the reward should be a joint ascent to the mountains with “Radeček” Jaroš and O5 a Radeček.

HORY’s title hit has now received a visual form. The clip was directed by Jakub Mahdal, and during the filming, a simple choreography was created for the chorus of the single, which is currently also resonating on social networks. “We had a lot of concerts in the summer and every time we start playing HORY, people sing and imitate our dance. Maybe it will become a Czech Macarena,” laughs Tomáš Polák.

The band wants to involve fans and mountain lovers in the project all year round. He has prepared for them various competitions, joint hikes, challenges on social networks and a lot of other activities, including special merch with goodies for the mountains. “Actually, we didn’t even think in advance that the Valentine’s Day tour would be such a success. So we’re very happy that we at least brought TV equipment to Prague and we can give our fans a present on the Czech Valentine’s Day. After two months, they can see all the beauty of Žofín together with to relive with us,” says singer Tomáš Polák.

Now the Radečci are presenting the first swallow from the filmed material. “From the footage taken during the concert in Žofín, among other things, a new live version of the video clip for the song Romantic Strings, after which the entire tour was named, was created. We hope that the video, which we publish just a few days before the first of May, will help people get into the right loving mood ,” adds singer Tomino with a smile.

Listeners will find live hits like Vloupám se or Romantický smyčce on streaming platforms already this week, and on Monday, May 1, they can enjoy a complete video recording of the entire concert. Radečci will publish it on their YouTube channel, but before that, on the evening of April 30, the concert will be broadcast in the television premiere of TV Óčko Star.

The band moved the concert in Šumperk from the city theatre to the Oko cinema, which has a third larger capacity. On Wednesday, February 15, in addition to the original performance at 7 pm, there will be a second concert at 5 pm. In Prague, Romantic Strings will be performed in the large hall of the Žofín Palace. Here the concert was originally announced in a ground floor hall with a maximum capacity of 400 people, but the pre-sale has already exceeded that.
