O5 and Radeček move their tour to bigger venues and add another concert

Due to the high demand for tickets, the band O5 and Radeček are moving the concerts of their upcoming Valentine’s Day tour to bigger venues. In Šumperk, however, even moving from the theatre to a more spacious cinema did not help and the concert is sold out a month and a half in advance. Radečs therefore decided to add another performance. The tour called Romantic Strings for Valentine’s Day is dedicated to all those in love, but also to those who are looking for love. The band from the foothills of the Jeseníky Mountains will open it on 13 February in Liberec, followed by Prague’s Žofín Palace, Šumperk and the finale will be a performance on 16 February in the concert hall of the Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra in Olomouc. Tickets are still on sale in the Tickelive.cz network.

“Thanks to our amazing fans, we have to deal with these pleasant worries of adding concerts and finding bigger halls. Ticket sales are an honest reflection for the band if people are interested in our music and we really appreciate that they are,” says singer Tomas Polak with a smile.

This will be the first ever tour for Radečky, where they will present their songs accompanied by the Olomouc Philharmonic Ceremony String Quartet, which will add a unique atmosphere to the concert. At the same time, it will be a return to the band’s roots, as the boys met as children in an orchestra and guitarist Radek Sekyra is still the conductor of the chamber orchestra.

“As a band we are rockers at heart, but our greatest hits are about love. That’s why we decided to do a romantic tour with string arrangements of songs such as Vloupám se, Praha, Máš mě na svědomí, Sex ve sprše and of course the current radio hit Romantický smyčce, after which we named the whole tour,” added singer Tomino Polák.

The band moved the concert in Šumperk from the city theatre to the Oko cinema, which has a third larger capacity. On Wednesday, February 15, in addition to the original performance at 7 pm, there will be a second concert at 5 pm. In Prague, Romantic Strings will be performed in the large hall of the Žofín Palace. Here the concert was originally announced in a ground floor hall with a maximum capacity of 400 people, but the pre-sale has already exceeded that.
