A&R Junior/Digital marketing specialist
Artists and repertoire (A&R) is responsible for talent scouting and overseeing the artistic development of recording artists and songwriters. He/she also acts as a liaison between artists and the record label or publishing company; all the affairs involving artists to the point of an album release, including digital distribution to all music streaming platforms and online stores. You will manage and build relationships with artists/producers/managers/sub-publishers/music supervisors facilitating all collaborations and the creative process.

Job Description:
- Managing all A&R’s relationships with acts, making sure acts have the best representation
- In charge of coordinating all studio recording time for artists
- Working with our Label Manager on release schedules
- Working with our Booking manager on booking act’s tours and events
- Working closely with our PR, booking and publishing department
Skills required:
- Love and passion for different types of music
- An ear for a good tune and spotting new talent
- Keen to learn about artist development
- Team player: must be open minded and keen to understand all points of view
