After the great success of the radio hits “Na malou chvíli” and “O Tobě i O mně“, Anna K. comes with the third song from the upcoming album “Údolí včel” in order. The new album will be released after six years in the autumn of this year music novelty title.
“Údolí včel”, the composition that also gives the title to the future record, is a duet with life partner and guitarist Tomáš Vartecký. He is also the author of music and lyrics. “The song celebrates the power of our love, which has helped us overcome obstacles on our journey together for many years,” says Anna K., adding: “The Valley of the Bees is my absolute favorite thing, it’s a balm, it’s a refuge, it’s love, it’s years of ups and downs, it’s just power”. The famous American producer Chris Lord-Alge, who won several American Grammy awards for his work, is involved in the production of the upcoming record. The release of the long-awaited album is scheduled for this fall. The album will be released again under the BrainZone label (Světlo 2017).
Fans will be able to hear the new compositions live at all concert stops, including at the traveling festival Hrady CZ, where the singer will perform every Friday from 11:15 p.m. “This year I am celebrating 30 years since the release of my debut album, and the Hrady festival is a matter close to my heart. So I decided that we will celebrate it properly there with the fans”, says singer Anna K.
This summer and autumn will be colorful for the singer Anna K. In addition to concerts, two filming sessions will start. A video clip will be made for the new song during the holidays, and in the fall the first shutter will be opened for a documentary about the life of this exceptional Czech singer. Directed by David Sís, Anna K. recapitulates the milestones and important events of her life stored in her memory. The documentary film by producer Vít Bělohradský was created on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Anna K. entering the Czech music scene with her debut “Já nezapomínám”. Fans can follow the implementation of the packed program, including concert dates, on Anna K’s social networks.
